Hey ya'll! Hahahaha.
For Tech Trends we're doing a thing where we try to influence younger kids to make sure that what they're putting on the internet is safe and not to ruin they're reputation from what they post. We're divided into groups and I think we're doing pretty good so far. Holly is coming up with some really good ideas. I think that we might be a little rushed on time, though. Which sort of stinks, but I'm sure we'll get it done it time. I really like this project because it isn't just a make and hand it in thing. Your goal is to make a difference, which I think is really cool. Talk to ya next time!

Inside Troublemaker Studios
Hey everyone!
Today in Tech Trends we watched two 10 minutes video's from Troublemaker Studios. They were about how to make music for the movies they make and showed us all the editing they did in Spy Kids 2. It was really cool! I learned lots of things. First, I had no idea they even did THAT much editing in the Spy Kids movies. I also learned how they made the music- just by playing random things on the piano or guitar and changing the instrument type. Another thing I learned was that you can copy the setting and then change the people in the setting, so that it looks like it's different, but it's really exactly the same. I thought those video's were really neat!
Later!

My Inspiration iMovie Plans
Hey everyone!
For my inspiration project I decided to do my older brother, BJ. He inspires me because all through his high school career, which he is just about finished with, he has been pressured into many things, but hasn't gave in even though it's very, very hard. I want to be just like him in the sense that he doesn't give in other students pressure him with. I plan to interview him at my house either tonight or Monday because I have to leave right after school tomorrow and will be gone the entire weekend. I'm thinking about me saying some things he has gone through, in the beginning of the movie, then have him start "giving advice". While that audio is playing I will probably show pictures of what me and him are saying. Then, I might add a video of him, or something at the end. I also want to use different camera angles and all the stuff we have learned so far in our tech trends class. So, that's about it... for now.

Digital Imaging
Hey!
This week in tech trends we were learning about digital imaging. Some things I learned were the rule of thirds- which is not placing the thing your capturing an image of in the center, but off to the side, how to use iPhoto, camera angles- if you take different angles of something, you can make it look totally different, and so much more. Next time I go and take pictures of me and my friends, I'm going to be sure to use these tips.

20% Project
Hey everyone!
For technology trends class, we have to do a 20% project, which is something that we have to research that we can't learn in school. So, for this reason, I have to list three things that I want to learn, that I can't learn in school:
1. How to use certain applications on our computers.
2. How to run the correct way, so I can run faster without losing all my energy.
3. How to do basic sign language.

Jordan Peterson: Guest Speaker
Hey!
Yesterday, Jordan Peterson came and talked to my Technology Trends class. I'm supposed to tell you about something I learned. One thing I learned from him is that, say you can play the piano and you record it into GarageBand and you mess up. You don't even have to redo it, if it wasn't that big of a mess up. You can just change the notes around and stuff. I thought that was pretty cool.
